Cincinnati is served by the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (abbreviation: CVG). A special travel discount has been secured with American Airlines for conference attendees.

American Airlines is offering a 5% discount off published fares (discount does not apply on Zone Fares). Your travel dates must fall between the dates of June 24th and July 3rd. To obtain these discounts either:

• Call your travel professional at 800-433-1790 for reservations and refer to the Authorization number: A8360AR. ***Please note: If you call in your reservation there will be a $20.00 ticketing charge applied to your ticket***
• Book your own reservations at www.aa.com. Choose your flight times and access your meeting discounts by inserting 8360AR as the Promotion Code. ***There is no additional fee if you book your reservation with this option***

Ground Transportation

Cincinnati offers many ground transportation options. Here are just a few:

Taxi: Located 12.5 miles from the Greater Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky International airport. Taxi transfer from CVG to hotel is an average $30 fee.

Yellow Cab Co.: Handicap accessible vehicles are available. Holds up to 2 wheelchairs and 2 additional passengers. $25.00 plus $1.50 per mile. Approximate total for a one way transfer will cost $45.00. To make reservations call 859-261-4400 and ask for Rachelle.

Executive Transportation: $20.00 per person/one way or $30.00 per person / round trip (does not include gratuity). Car holds up to 7 people. Call 800-990-8841 to make a reservation and provide flight information.
