Registration
The 37th National Conference takes place June 27 - June 30, 2010 at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati. Registration is now open.
There are a couple of ways to register:
Advance registration is recommended for your convenience. The general registration will provide access to all sessions, receptions, and the exhibit hall. Name badges, conference information, tickets, and conference T-shirts will be available for on-site pick up. On-site registration will be available.
- The Celebration Luncheon, held on Wednesday, is an optional social event. During registration, please indicate if you plan to attend as ticket quantity is limited.
- Adult Night is an optional event. Details will be available by March 2010. On your registration, please indicate if you are interested in receiving information when it is available.
The advanced registration deadline is May 31, 2010.
Cancellation/refund policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing. If received more than 30 days prior to the Conference start date, cancellation is subject to a $25 fee. Cancellations received less than 29 days prior to the Conference start date will be subject to a $50 fee. Cancellations received less than 2 days prior to the Conference start date will receive no refund.
