The Exhibition Hall for the 35th National Conference will provide attendees with an excellent opportunity to view the latest in products, equipment, and services for the Spina Bifida Community.

• Opens: Sunday, June 22 at 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.* 
• Closes: Tuesday, June 24 at 2:00 p.m.

*Exhibitors must complete booth set up by 5:00 p.m.

• Sunday, June 22, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Monday, June 23, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, June 24, 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Booth Space
Exhibitor fees for booths include wireless Internet, pipe and drape, identification sign, skirted table, and one chair. Prior to the Conference, GES, the show decorator, will send each exhibitor a kit with all necessary information, including shipping.

Costs

• For-Profit Organizations - $1,380 per 8'x10' booth
• Non-Profit Organizations - $1,180 per 8'x10' booth
