The Exhibition Hall for the 36th National Conference will provide attendees with an excellent opportunity to view the latest in products, equipment, and services for the Spina Bifida Community.

Exhibit Hall Hours

• Opens: Tuesday, June 30 at 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.* 
• Closes: Thursday, July 2 at 2:00 p.m.

*Exhibitors must complete booth set up by 5:30 p.m.

Daily Hours of Operation:

• Tuesday, June 30, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, July 1, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Thursday, July 2, 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Booth Space

Exhibitor fees for booths include wireless Internet, pipe and drape, identification sign, skirted table, and one chair. Prior to the Conference, GES, the show decorator, will send each exhibitor a kit with all necessary information, including shipping.

Costs

• For-Profit Organizations - $1,400 per 10'x10' booth
• Non-Profit Organizations - $1,200 per 10'x10' booth
